Marcelo Ballón & Partners Architectural Studio is in charge of the BIM implementation. We are openBIM, we manage IFC, point clouds and other BIM files.

How we do it

BIM executive projects
We carry out the executive project using the BIM methodology. We produce the necessary documentation to build from the BIM model.
The BIM methodology adapts to the documentation needs of the project by being easily and quickly updatable. This methodology mimics the real construction process, so it goes beyond 3D, it is a multidimensional method that covers all phases of the building and infrastructure life cycle.
It allows collaborative work between designers, builders and other agents involved in the construction process.
With these models, all information is centralized in one place, not only the visual information but also its representation by updating the database, which allows any change to be quickly updated throughout the model.
